HOW DO THE FEES WORK?

Adoption Services Onboarding: First Call charges a one time onboarding fee of $750. The objective of onboarding is to establish your Microsoft 365 tenant with First Call’s training platform, analyze historical useage data, while also familiarizing ourselves with the client’s personnel, operations, and areas of opportunity for leveraging M365.  Note seperate fees apply for onboarding backup services. 

Recurring: The agreement is billed monthly at the beginning of the month. Credit card, e-check or ACH payment is required.  Fees include M365 licensing, backups and Adoption Services.  Adoption services fees range from $249/mo to $399/mo depending on the number of users.  Note: seperate fees apply for M365 licensing and backup services.   

Agreement Terms: 12 months
