First Call has been able to shoulder the increase in labor, material, and product costs throughout 2022, shielding our customers as much as possible. In order to maintain and improve our service and security level, a price change on your monthly IT managed services agreement is necessary.

Our Plan is Simple:
Effective January 1st First Call will be instituting a change in your agreement price.
Your vCIO will provide you with the specific details of the change well in advance of the January billing.
The increase will be reflected in your January 1, 2023 invoice.
The cost of labor, tools, and cybersecurity protections (us and you) have all factored into the decision. We strive to provide you with the best service and relationship possible and by making this change, we can continue to do so!

Additional Layers of Security
The details of which are explained in the below points:
Remove older less secure methods of connecting to your Microsoft 365 Tenant
Helping you limit connections to your M365 tenant based on location (building, country, geographic area) to help you avoid unwanted access and threats.
Simple enforcement of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users of your Microsoft tenant so that access requires more than just a password.
First Call has also implemented the following security measures internally at First Call to better protect ourselves and our clients from us: Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Information Event Management (SIEM), 24/7/365 Security Operations Center (SOC) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) from an outside 3rd party.
