Organizations must have at least 20 machines and/or have regulatory complexity (HIPAA, CJIS, CMMC, FDIC/GLBA, FERPA, FINRA etc)



Attendees must be Manager, Director or Executive level.



IT personnel are encouraged to attend but non-IT leadership is also required.

Basic Penetration Testing

Service Details: Testing the security controls of an organization by simulating an attack that a hacker might undertake to exploit the weaknesses in your organization’s network and applications. This service identifies external and internal vulnerabilities that would give access to the critical assets of the organization.

HIPAA Compliance Audit

Service Details: HIPAA’s Security Rule requires evidence of compliance in the event of an audit. First Call works with our HIPAA covered entities to help them not only meet the reporting requirements but more importantly to give them confidence they have a robust cybersecurity posture.

CMMC Compliance

Service Details: CMMC was created to better secure sensitive government contract information. At this stage, it’s a 5-year journey but there is an Interim Rule that creates cybersecurity compliance requirements for all new and renewing contracts. First Call is working with existing DOD manufacturers to better understand the rules, implement solutions that make sense, and report.
